Welcome to The Black Pledge

On Monday, July 6, 2020 nineteen Black leaders in philanthropy gathered in solidarity to make a heighten statement about the great need to make diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority within the industry - which is known as The Black Pledge. In the days following, many Black leaders were asked, "how do we go about change" and "can you provide guidance and resources to assist?" 

As part of the Black leader's commitment and to assist the industry on next steps, this web site was developed as a resource and programmatic tool to move from awareness to action. We encourage you to check back from time to time to for updates and next steps.
